The Soledad O’Brien & Brad Raymond Starfish Foundation is excited to bring its PowHERful™ Summit to St. Catherine University in the Twin Cities, MN, in partnership with ECMC, on Saturday, October 29th, 2016.
PowHERful™ is a free, daylong empowerment summit for young women aged 15 to 23 years old. We give these high school and college-aged girls a chance to explore different career options, receive useful guidance and advice, and interact with successful professionals. PowHERful™ features industry experts who present curriculum in areas like finance and digital literacy, STEM, workforce development, college preparedness, health, and more. In addition, we have morning and afternoon keynotes by inspiring leaders from various backgrounds.

FAQs
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
You must be between the age of 15-23 to attend the Summit.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
St. Catherine University has parking on campus. The event is in the Coeur de Catherine building. More details to come.

What can/can't I bring to the event?
You should bring as little as possible to be able to move comfortably throughout the day. Notebooks and pens will be provided to all registered participants. You might want to bring a light sweater as conference rooms can sometimes be a bit cooler.

By registering for this conference you (and/or your parent/guardian) agree to allow the Starfish Foundation use your likeness in photos and video in future media, including our website, promotional materials, and videos. You are also giving the Foundation permission to share your registration responses, which may be used in future media and result in the opportunity to be interviewed, profiled, etc.
